1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "java73", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website accessible at https://java73.cam and all associated mobile applications, sub-domains, and services.
• "Platform" means the java73 website, mobile application, and all related digital services through which betting, gaming, and account management functions are made available.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform through which all gaming, betting, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, exclusive of any bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus money credited to a User's account as part of a marketing promotion and subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the verification process by which java73 confirms a User's identity, age, and residency prior to authorizing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet in total before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Restricted Countries" means jurisdictions from which java73 does not accept registrations or wagers, as set out in Clause 3 below.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of account controls — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion — described in Clause 9 and on the Responsible Gaming page.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the base currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the java73 Platform, clicking "I Agree," completing registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and java73. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

3. Eligibility

Access to the java73 Platform and the ability to open an Account are strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements simultaneously:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. java73 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Providing false date-of-birth information is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all local laws, regulations, and ordinances that apply to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Country. java73 does not knowingly accept Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. If you gain access from a Restricted Country through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other means of circumvention, java73 reserves the right to void all wagers, close your Account, and withhold any funds.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party. Accounts must be used solely by the registered Account holder for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not have been self-excluded from any online gambling platform or have a self-exclusion agreement in force at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
• You must be of sound mind and must not be suffering from any condition that impairs your ability to make rational gambling decisions at the time of placing bets.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one Account on the java73 Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by shared name, date of birth, address, email address, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or bank account — are strictly prohibited. java73 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any bonuses or winnings generated from duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your legal full name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID / KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and Indonesian bank account details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

java73 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. All activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility, regardless of whether they were performed by you or an unauthorized third party.

In the event of suspected unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify java73 support immediately at [email protected]. java73 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining Balance (after deducting pending bonuses subject to active wagering requirements) will be transferred to your registered Indonesian bank account within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

java73 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion if the Account holder is found to be in breach of these Terms, is suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

java73 accepts deposits via the following payment channels for Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. java73 does not accept deposits from third- party accounts, anonymous payment services, or cryptocurrency wallets. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per single transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set voluntarily by the User through the Responsible Gaming Tools section of their Account settings. java73 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual Accounts where responsible gaming concerns are identified.

5.3 Processing Times

Bank transfer deposits are typically processed instantly during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 08:00–20:00 WIB on business days). Transfers initiated outside banking hours or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Account Balance. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed instantly at all times, including weekends and public holidays.

5.4 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposit information (account numbers, transfer amounts, and references) is entered correctly. java73 cannot be held responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect deposit information submitted by the User. If a deposit fails to credit within the expected processing window, please contact our support team immediately with your transfer receipt or screenshot.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available exclusively to Account holders who have completed KYC verification. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or Passport) and, where applicable, proof of your registered Indonesian bank account. java73 reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as a utility bill confirming your address or a selfie with your ID — before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name that match the details on your java73 Account. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts; however, java73 reserves the right to process exceptionally large withdrawals in installments over multiple business days and to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.

6.3 Processing Times

java73 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 24 hours for all verified accounts. In practice, most withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours during business hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays, or when additional verification is required. java73 will communicate any delays proactively via your registered email address.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Funds deposited but not wagered at least once (i.e., deposited and immediately withdrawn without placing any bet) may be subject to an administrative processing fee of up to 10% to cover payment processing costs. This condition does not apply to funds that have been legitimately wagered and won.

java73 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay or withhold payment where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct is suspected. Withheld funds will be released upon satisfactory conclusion of the investigation or, where a breach is confirmed, may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

java73 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms (for example, "30x wagering requirement" means the Bonus Funds amount must be wagered thirty times in total). Unless otherwise stated, only real-money wagers count toward satisfying wagering requirements; bonus-funded wagers do not contribute.

Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–20%, and sports bets may contribute a variable percentage depending on the odds. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's detail page.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming risk, or coordinating with other players to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. java73 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is identified, java73 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the Account, and report the activity to relevant authorities where applicable.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the User's responsibility to track bonus validity periods via their Account dashboard.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Accepted Markets

java73 offers betting markets across a broad range of sports and events, including but not limited to: association football (bandar bola — football bookmaker markets) spanning BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup; numbers lottery (togel); live casino table games; and slot games. Betting on sabung ayam (cockfighting) is available where offered in the Platform's current product suite.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by java73 at its sole discretion. java73 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet — in whole or in part — at any time before the bet is confirmed, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed when a unique bet reference number is displayed to the User. Verbal confirmations, screenshots of bet slips in progress, or network error messages do not constitute confirmed bets.

8.3 Errors and Palpable Mistakes

java73 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a technical error, human error, or feed malfunction ("palpable mistake"), even after the event has concluded and a result has been determined. java73 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly. Where a bet is voided under this clause, the stake will be refunded to the User's Account Balance.

8.4 Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for a result to stand (as defined in each sport's specific rules), all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned to the User's Account Balance. If an event is postponed but commences within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets will generally remain valid unless stated otherwise in the sport-specific rules.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

java73 reserves the right to impose maximum payout caps on individual bets, daily winnings, or winnings per event. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. In no event will java73 be obligated to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout, regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

9. Responsible Gaming

java73 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a comprehensive suite of Responsible Gaming Tools that Users may activate at any time through their Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net amount you can lose during any specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of any single gaming session.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications showing time elapsed and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your Account for a defined period (minimum 7 days) or permanently.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the java73 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, databases, text, images, audio, video, and the arrangement and selection thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of java73 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform; use any automated scraping, crawling, or data-extraction tools on the Platform; or use the java73 brand, logo, or trademark in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by java73.

Any unauthorized use of java73's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, java73, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other commercial or financial loss.

java73's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

java73 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we target 99.9% uptime, temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control) does not constitute a breach of these Terms and will not give rise to any liability on java73's part.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit java73's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and java73.

By creating an Account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. In summary, java73 collects only the personal information necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and maintain industry-standard security measures to protect it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which java73 is incorporated and licensed to operate, as published on the Platform from time to time.

java73 operates under an international gaming licence and serves the Indonesian market. While the Platform is designed to cater to Indonesian players, nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that the Platform is available or lawful in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute between you and java73 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any competent court of jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Amendments

java73 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a User — java73 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting the revised Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause, or changes required by applicable law or regulatory authority) may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was published. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
